This timeless wedding day began on the eastern shores of Lake George, where Eric and Mackenzie got ready overlooking the stunning shoreline. Mackenzie and her girls sat for hair and makeup before donning formalwear and heading to Mackenzie’s grandparent’s camp on the lake. There, Mackenzie shared a sweet and tearful first look with her father and presented him with a special tie to wear on the day (complete with a sewn in photo of the two of them). Eric and the boys pinned on flowers and posed for photos on the docks before leaving Eric to share a private first look with his bride. Formal photos followed with special attention to photos with Eric’s son – they’re such a great new family! The couple met friends and family at the Lakeside Chapel in Cleverdale for the ceremony – the same church Mackenzie’s parents were married in (and mine too!). After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour at the Lake George Club while Mackenzie and Eric took a boat ride in one of Lake George’s famous wooden boats. We even revved up the engine for a high speed flyby! The newlyweds joined their guests for their first dance and parent dances before Eric surprised Mackenzie with a 10 minute long hand-written rap about their relationship (it really was AMAZING!). A fun party ensued – complete with a late night sparkler sendoff to wrap up the night! Congratulations to the new couple!
