Mackenzie and John’s April Wedding at Hiland Park Country Club

Mackenzie began her winter/spring (its upstate!) wedding on a crisp April morning at the Hiland Park Country Club’s bridal suite in Queensbury, NY. While she and the bridesmaids laughed and had their hair and makeup done, John and the boys strapped into suspenders and pulled on sports themed socks for the big day. Everyone was in great spirits and neither bride or groom seemed to have the typical wedding day jitters. When all were ready, Mackenzie and John shared an emotional first look and took fun-filled formals around the beautiful grounds. Mackenzie and her father also had a “first reveal” before he escorted her down the aisle to a beaming groom. A short and simple ceremony followed and guests cheered as John and Mackenzie shared their first kiss as man and wife in Hiland’s ballroom. The couple, having finished their formal photos, could enjoy their full cocktail hour — snacks, drinks and all! And what followed was one heck of a party! Guests brought their A-game and worked up a sweat with impressive dance moves and insane energy. Crazy dance moves seemed to be the norm and everyone had a blast. It truly was the party of the year for this great couple, and Hiland Park Country Club was the perfect setting for this awesome celebration!
