Laura and Jeff’s stormy wedding day began on the shores of Lake George, at the beautiful Inn at Erlowest. The bride got ready in one of the castle’s many suites and shared stories and laughs with the bridesmaids. With the help of her mom and maid of honor, she slipped into her lace-detailed wedding dress and sprayed perfume in preparation for her first look with her groom.

An anxious Jeff awaited his bride on the North Point and was not disappointed – shedding a few tears at the first look. The couple traveled the property taking photos and enjoyed the cool breeze from the October weather before joining their guests for a sweet lakeside ceremony. Personalized vows made the ceremony unique and the couple exchanged rings and a first kiss before making their first walk as husband and wife.

A cheerful cocktail hour followed and guests were serenaded by the musical stylings of Rich Ortiz. Fun intros got the party started for the reception and the couple shared their first dance on the Erlowest’s ballroom floor. Parent dances, dinner and cake followed before DJ Chris Johnston got the whole room dancing. This couple knows how to get a party rocking and guests danced long into the night!
