Fall came late this year to Echo Lake and the Adirondacks, just in time for Ashley and Kyle's simply, classic wedding. I met up with the girls early in the day at Ashley's family home. Ashley's bridesmaids and father stood with smiles as Ashley's mom buttoned up the back of her stunning white lace gown. A few sweet photos with the "fur baby" were mandatory before we captured photos with mom and dad and the girls. Next, I journeyed to the Lodge on Echo Lake, to one of the camp's many cabins, to meet up with the boys. Kyle's enthusiasm and excitement about the day were infectious and a joy to witness. A few photos with the groomsmen created lots of laughter and set the mood for the ceremony. As Ashley was escorted down the aisle by her dad, she was met with every bride's dream: a very emotional and happy reaction from Kyle (so sweet!). In a short ceremony overlooking Echo Lake, the couple listened to readings from close friends and exchanged rings as a small stream of sunshine broke through the clouds. Talk about timing! Following the ceremony we quickly got through the couple's extensive family photo list and still had time to travel to a location on property to really take advantage of the remaining late fall foliage. We returned to the reception at the Lodge at Echo Lake, just in time for a fun-filled and goofy announcement sequence with parents and the bridal party. The love between this couple was palpable during their first dance, something thats surprisingly rare in the wedding business. Following the first dance, the couple were treated to speeches and well wishes and an all night dance party hosted by Total Entertainment. We even surprised guests with an intimate sparkler send off at the end of the night! Best wishes to a wonderful couple!
